Clean and good location

Upon our arrival they didn’t check us in. The front desk staff told us we don’t have a reservation. I showed them the booking. Com confirmation, yet they said they don’t have a record. We waited more than 45 minutes and we had to make a new reservation directly through their sales office. It was my first time to face such a problem with booking.com. Not sure who’s responsible for this issue.
