Lovely location in a village. Rooms good and comfortable Breakfast very good Staff on duty very helpful

No Evening meal available Monday or Tuesday and only found out on arrival No staff on duty in evening, hence bar not open

The hotel itself was lovely and the staff so professional and friendly. The room was really comfortable and stylishly decorated and was very clean. Beautiful village and setting. Served breakfast by great staff was fabulous.

The noise from our garden terrace area from the road was sadly very noisy. Inside the room once the door was closed it was quiet enough, but the garden area noise was a shame as the garden is beautiful. Because it is a rural type setting they had a problem with ants and some flies in the room, but to be honest it didn't bother us as we understood the dilemma of the nature garden type setting.

From my arrival Rafters at Riverside exceeded all expectations. Checking in the employee at the desk was charming and walked out to my car and carried my bag in. My room was stunning as was my entire stay. Breakfast was well presented and delicious.

Air conditioning would have been nice but the fan supplied cooled the room adequately for me.

The accommodation is excellent. The grounds are beautiful. Every detail of the hotel has been well thought out. It is pure luxury. Staff so welcoming and helpful.
