Edna was amazing, friendly, calm, gentle and knew her job. I give 10 out 10

Breakfast was average but enough

The front desk lady in the morning was very helpful and tried to get the little issues figured out for me and was very helpful

When we got into the room we checked the bed sheets and there was a stain on the sheet. We asked to get the sheet changed and it never got changed while we were there. The windows also did not have any handles to open them we asked if we could get that fixed and where told maintenance would be in that day while we where gone but it was never fixed.

Room was lovely and I was able to have a room with a bathtub, as requested.

Breakfast hot foods were not hot, room temperature instead. This was disappointing to others in my party.

This was the second time staying here, the last time being almost 2 years ago. Both times the check-in process was long and slow, with only one person at the front desk. We appreciated having the free breakfast every day, which was adequate. My only complaint was that housekeeping is only offered every third day, which is generally fine for us, except since their towels are thin and worn out, I would've liked to have towels changed at least once during our 4-day stay. On our second day we saw the housekeeper in the hall and I asked if I could have extra hand towels. She seemed quite frantic and sounded like she was on a strict time schedule so could barely have time to answer my question, but she said she could only give me two towels. On the third day when we saw her I asked if she would be cleaning our room. She was in the same hurried mood and quickly looked at her chart and said that she would not be cleaning our room that day so I just asked for extra towels again, and we missed out on the third day cleaning that we were supposed to have. Overall, for the price paid, we like this hotel's location, since the area around Bellevue is rather quiet and serene. Now that we know what to expect, I'm not sure if we would stay here again in the future but might consider it.

Road Construction nearby. Also trying to resolve and issue where they charged me twice.

Check in and out very easy. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was good, decent variety of choices. Facility was clean and room was nice.

Perhaps a little bigger and firmer pillows, one of the two elevators went out of service on the last few days of our stay but this was only a miner inconvenience.
