"Perfect Place to Stay"

This is our first time at the Eastgate Best Western Hotel in Bellevue, Washington, and we loved our stay!! The staff is very accommodating and friendly, and the rooms are clean, fresh and very comfortable! It was a bonus to have access to guest laundry, which was easy to use and a tidy, clean space. They also serve a hot breakfast with a variety of good food to choose from.

Location is very good! Breakfast needs some improvement!

After cleaning the room, still hair was in bathroom. So needs more additional care for House Keeping.

"Fantastic!"

Upon check-in there were about 8 check ins in line ahead of me, and a couple more behind me. Edna was the only person at the front desk did, but she did such an outstanding job! She was professional, calm, apologetic, kind, and quick. She diligently and gracefully juggled checking guests in, handling housekeeping requests, and tending to the large party’s guests from the banquet room…all with a smile! She didn’t let the strain of being so short staffed effect her guest services. Employees like that are hard to come by!!!! She deserves a raise and all the praise in the world.

Bathtub and sink didn’t drain well in the room.

Very low covered entry/ front, about 9’ maybe 9’6” ? Nice people and staff. Clean. Actually quiet and I got some sleep. Breakfast was fine and plenty of it. Challenging parking for full size trucks and no drive around or through traffic if over 9’ it’s full circle back through front drop off. Decent stay for the price.
