Comfortable accommodation in a lovely historic town. My room was very quiet and well equipped with a new shower/wc area. Very friendly host. Free car parking. Although the pub doesn't offer catering, we were allowed to bring a takeaway into the bar with plates and cutlery provided. Plenty of choices nearby My friend's room was more period with a four poster bed and we enjoyed an evening stroll round quaint town.

A second easy chair in double room would have been nice. If I came again, I'd bring my mini fridge for fresh milk (UHT capsules provided though)

Steep stairs and steps between bathroom and bedroom

The room was brilliant, clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. I had an excellent nights sleep.

The accommodation is part of a pub that is closed. The is a hand written note to call the owner to let you in but v little mobile signal! The bathroom is dated and not the cleanest. The village has few facilities. A few takeaways. No coffe shops just a convenience shop for breakfast

Older style character hotel. Good value for money. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Located in a small village in a lovely area. Hosts were really sweet and very friendly. Quiet at night. No food served but a few take aways in the village.
