Central location

Air conditioning didn’t work in the room. Valet parking was unavailable even though i called previous to my arrival and was told i did not need to book for parking. Even though service was not provided they still tried to charge me for it.

It was a great stay. Staff were so helpful. Always happy and going over and above to make sure everything was right. The man at the concierge desk when we arrived and leaving was so helpful (I can’t remember his name!

"great location, wouldn't stay again unfortunately."

loved the location & the staff.

The rooms were ill equipped, dark and not somewhere you wanted to be. No coffee machine, didn't smell great (like an old smokers room perhaps). Just generally the room was of poor quality and not what is displayed as images on bookings.com
