L’accueil à la réception mixte Pullman /mercure a été exceptionnel. Spécial thanks à Emma, au front office qui nous a accueilli en français et a été d’un grand secours avec ses différents conseils. Globalement tout le personnel a été très attentif à notre bien être. Le roof top est très sympa pour passer un bon moment en contemplant la ville. La chambre était très spacieuse et le lit hyper confortable. Bref c’est un bel établissement qui mérite ses étoiles et sa réputation. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter pour un prochain séjour.

La chasse des toilettes un peu faible. Les plateaux room service dans les couloirs devant les chambres.

Beds were comfortable and location was central

Dated rooms, carpet falling apart, aircon unreliable and the pool area can fit about 10 people max. Also no pool towels supplied - use your bath towels!

Excellent customer service. Great location. Large room.

The room was a little unclean on the bathroom floor, the toilet was constantly running (slow run) due to one of the flush buttons being stuck. When using shower, the lever to change from bath to shower was worn out that the bath tap had a slow leak of hot water that hit your leg while showering. Found a few moths flying around in the room. Also very dated and worn out furnishings in room and the bathroom (taps were worn out in shower and bath).

Breakfast was good. Staff were lovely. Location was great for shopping in the city.

Our room smelt like old cigarette smoke. We went to go to the pool and the lift on the Mecure side was shaking every time the door open and then the pool was so full there were people everywhere. Breakfast food ran out multiple times due to how busy it was so we missed out on some things but food was still amazing.

Good location

The rooms were dated. Light over tea coffee area didn’t work. Mirror in bathroom steamed up as no extract fan. Two beds but only one bedside lamp. Even when paying to stay had to pay $50 per night for parking.
