Spacious clean room with the most comfortable bed!

Staff very welcoming, very obliging. Large clean & well presented room, perfect for several days stay, huge king bed, so comfortable,I wanted to take it home. 2 sofas n coffee table. Good meal selection for breakfast & dinner.

As our room was at the front of the hotel, we did get some road/traffic noise at peak times. Couldn’t fit the bed into the car 😆

Inside the room everything worked right. The blockout curtains fitted well-no gaps- , so effectively made the room dark for sleeping. Good lighting and lots of power points. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Linen and towels great. Pillows were good and you could get a few different types. Loved the smell of the of the body wash, hand cream , shampoo and conditioner. The coffee pod machine was a nice touch. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Not really a dislike , but a small night light in the bathroom would be a great addition.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Comfortable bed. 24hr room service for food, drinks and even if you needed a softer pillow!

Spa was dated; not adjustable, noisy and not very pleasant unfortunately. Was more relaxing switched off and used just as a standard bath. Limited underground parking.

Great location. Older property but the whole vibe of the staff and the hotel was fantastic. Great food in their restaurant and the happy hour in the bar was terrific. Lots to choose from. I’d stay there again anytime. Loved it.
