The location and friendliness of Frontline staff members.

The arrogant owner who does not understand the needs of the customer. He attributes all of his dysfunctional problems to the government , the city Council of the Electricity Board. One of the workers acknowledged that the air conditioners have not been serviced for a long time. Repeatedly broken air conditioner lets the customers down under high temperatures. The owner should have established generated rather than blaming the government for electricity cuts. One tap out of the two in the bsthroom was broken and leaking water straight onto the bathroom floor. The intercom that facilitates communication between the room and the reception had been broken. I strongly recommend anyone who values comfort and convenience not to go to this place. I do not agree with the ratings the booking.com has given to this facility. If I were asked to assess this place, I would have given them only 3.

Food options were not that great

Staff was very engaged and attentive. They prepared sri lankan breakfast when we liked to have it. We had a nice terrace. Good air-conditioner.

Wifi was really bad. It worked only sometimes, but when it wasn’t working, staff shared their hotspot with us. We had a problem with a leaking sink but it was quickly resolved. Location is a bit far from the main street, at night we had to take tuktuk because it was very dark and scary to walk.

Just a couple of min from the main road, in a very quiet area. Great staff members!

Very friendly staff, even with a language barrier they helped us to arrange travel/driver to our travel destinations. Good breakfast (Sri lankian), place is on a good location, outside of a busy city street, but only a short walk to it. Rooms have a fan and AC, mini fridge.

WiFi was average, however same can be said for almost all Sri lankian hotels we stayed so far.

The location was just a short walk to the town but on a side road overlooking greenery. Quiet and peaceful! Sometimes the call of peacocks. The breakfast was fantastic and they were able to accommodate our dietary requirements. The owners and staff could not have done more to make us welcome and to assist with absolutely anything we requested.

The Hotel is located in a very quite location. The staff was very nice. The rooms were very clean.
