Excellent ambience, spanking new rooms, furniture and fixtures. Excellent food and service.. Very reasonable prices of food and lodging. Loved everything about the place. Five star all the way.

The manager intervened at reception to assist us which we really appreciated. We had a number of issues catching an uber in this area of India, so asked the reception team if they could assist in booking a reliable and safe cab for 3am to catch our train, they said no until the manager (male) said yes.

The rooms are sold as 'sound proofed', they are far from it. We paid an additional 500 rupees to upgrade to a quite room which barely made any difference. You can hear all the traffic honking all through the night. When we went for dinner, me and my friend were the only two there but the food arrived so spread out that the first lot of food was stone cold by the time the main meal arrived. I had to ask twice where the main dish was.

Behaiuor of staff, mis management total chaos in the dinning hall very noisy as outsiders were allowed to dance and partying inside the dinning hall. Couldnt had our meals at night. Left the dinner inbetween but hotal manager threatened us and made us pay full amount of Rs 2800 for dinner.
