Amazing place to stay and the food is great too!! Complimentary breakfast was decent.

It was an expensive stay! Food is also very costly.

Location n rooms with balcony

The room and housekeeping service was quick. However the food taste was average. Nice n clean room.

The Front Desk and the management behaviour. Also imposed additional charges of around 1700 on the name of minibar items which were not provided. Luckily I did not travel outside during my stay so they revised those charges when asked them to check cctv footage n room dustbins. I can understand if that was only a confusion but the way to ask and revise the bill makes this very suspicious. Double or thrice they tried to impose but when they realised that i started asking for footage n wraps at that moment they said ohh it was a confusion. Front desk staff is not very friendly/polite n lacks professionalism. In a very rare case I choose this property again.

The location was convenient. The lady at the reception was helpful and nice.

I planned a trip to Dehradun with my mother in September 2023. I booked this hotel because of the high rating it had received. People had written rave reviews about how clean the place was and how pleasant the stay. I came expecting a neat, cozy little hotel, but the experience was completely different. It was off season so there were very few people staying in the hotel. The place had a neglected look to it. The biggest problem was the lack of hygiene. The room was not cleaned properly. You could see dust all over the floor. The counter tops were somewhat sticky. The bathroom floor was dirty. You could see dirt and hair on the lobby sofa too. The restaurant on the fourth floor had an odor. Overall, the place was not worth the money we paid. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
