Arrived to a pitch black entrance with a staff member asleep in a tent. Startled and rudely he kept insisting there was no rooms. After some assertiveness and repeatedly saying I have a booking, he got up to get another staff member then got back in the tent. No card payments allowed. Room was infested with mosquitoes and large bugs. Towels had marks all over them. No toilet paper provided and when asked, was told to go over the road and buy some. Appalling service. Not to mention the shouting from staff early in the morning and full blown arguments at 1:30am. Avoid
