A wonderful hotel! Everything is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and maintained with great attention to detail. The staff are very kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The food is truly outstanding – varied and absolutely delicious. The location is also a big advantage – the hotel is conveniently situated, and there is a bus stop right in front, making it very easy to travel to Rhodes and Lindos. I would definitely recommend it!

The beach is mostly pebbled rather than sandy, but the sea is crystal clear and very pleasant.

The location, the hotel itself and the amenities were phenomenal. We felt very welcome from the very first moment at the hotel. It has its dedicated beach, which was also a plus. During breakfast, lunch & dinner there were wide selections of food to choose from. The view from the hotel is amazing as well; its location is great because you can visit the Old Town, Faliraki & other cities quite easily. The hotel also had a spa salon, a grocery store within and a beauty salon inside, which was very convenient.

Everything was great, however I would mention these opportunities to improve: 1) The animators - I guess it depends on what to compare with, but overall energy seemed to be low. It would be good to change the program and add a variety of different activities: tennis matches, running together, swimming competition in the ocean etc. It depends, of course, on the target audience - but the activities above would capture the interests of younger visitors. 2) The two ladies working the pool bar during the day: it felt a little bit like it was a chore for them to be there every day; I wish they were a bit more welcoming; 3) Gym - overall okay; perhaps a bit more of free weights / dumb bells would be great

Wirklich tolles und freundliches Personal, man hat sich sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Es war sehr hygienisch und sauber, das Essen war super und es gab eine große Auswahl.

Das einzige was nicht so schön war, war der Strand.

Essen im allgemeinen war hervorragend, sehr große Auswahlmöglichkeiten, sehr hochwertige Lebensmittel. Qualitativ war das Essen eine glatte 10+ Das Personal war immer für einen da wenn man eine Frage hatte und sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Was sehr angenehm war, dass selbst spät am Tag noch ausreichend Liegen am Strand zur Verfügung standen.

Das Zimmer selbst war schon etwas älter und zeigte doch schon Gebrauchsspuren. Die eine Seite des Doppelbetts war durchgelegen, alles in allem war das Bett der größte Kritikpunkt im Zimmer. Obwohl das Hotel Schilder hat anbringen lassen, dass es nicht erlaubt ist die Liegen mit Handtüchern zu „reservieren“, war es morgens doch üblich von einigen unverbesserlichen Zeitgenossen diese „Bitte“ zu ignorieren.Leider hat das Hotel darauf überhaupt nicht reagiert, dann kann man die Schilder auch wieder abschrauben. Ein Kritikpunkt der angesprochen werden sollte war das Animationsteam. Ja sie machen auch nur ihre Arbeit, aber ob man bei 2 Teilnehmenden an der Wassergymnastik das komplette Hotel mit sehr lauter Musik beschallen muss? Man freute sich auf jeden Freitag, da hatten die Animateure „freien Tag“.

Older hotel but with a beautiful view, a great pool, and a beach right next to the hotel, which is not common in Madeira. Everything was clean and comfortable, I have no complaints about the accommodation.

The food was a bit weaker, but the kids were fine with it. The selection of fruit was sufficient.
