We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the pillows and blankets were of great quality. The cooling system worked perfectly, keeping the room at a pleasant temperature. The staff were absolutely amazing – kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The fresh orange juice at breakfast was truly delightful. The food selection was varied, but it could have been tastier and of higher quality. We also noticed that Greek cuisine was not very prominent on the menu. The bar was outstanding – diverse, professional, and offering creative cocktails that exceeded our expectations. The lazy river was perfect for relaxation, and there were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas by the beach. The right side of the beach was sandy, while the left side was rocky, so I highly recommend wearing water shoes. Overall, I would give the highest rating to the staff and room cleanliness. Additionally, there was a bus stop very close to the hotel, which made exploring the area easy and convenient. Finally, a special thank you to Marina, Georgia, Rafaela, and Nicklas for their exceptional service and kindness, which made our stay truly unforgettable.

The hotel was gorgeous, our room was amazing, spacious and with an excellent view (side sea view). The room was very quiet and clean, the staff did a great job cleaning it. The staff in general were very friendly and helpful, kudos to them, they make a difference for sure! The animation team was also amazing, making sure that the guests were entertained during the stay. The food was delicious and well presented, we enjoyed every meal in the hotel. The whole stay was an great experience for us, exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to the staff, they made our holiday unforgettable!❤️

Airco maakt veel lawaai en heeft te weinig vermogen, we moesten hem ook ‚s nachts laten lopen. Verder was in het buffet-restaurant de rode wijn warm! Er werd aangeboden er ijsklontjes in te doen. Een teleurstelling voor een wijnland als Griekenland.

First of all very responsive and professional staff, amazing food and great Animators. It was a wonderful stay, totally worth the value. Our room was upgraded to highest floor by request, balcony is spacious with amazing frontside sea view. 30 min away with taxi from Airport, busstop is 2 min away from the hotel. You can reach Rhodes city center or Faliraki in 25-30 min for 2,5 Euro. There is a huge Waterpark 5 min away from the Hotel but still far enough not to bother hotel guests. 24h Supermarket in the hotel and great Spa and Massage center. Huge swimming pool and clean beach with enough sun loungers. Great for both singles and families.

The hotel was lovely – very clean with a very friendly staff. The food was good, though it didn’t seem to be from the chef. I really enjoyed the pool (though for a lazy pool I was surprised not to see swimming rings, but maybe that’s just me). The beach was perfect, and I appreciated that the bar was open all the time – the cocktails were delicious, and wine and beer were unlimited. The location was also very convenient, with the bus stop right next to the hotel. Overall, I liked everything, except for the price, which felt very expensive.

- The hotel had a relatively nice private beach but it was stony so It was not the sandy beach that we would expect for such a 4,5 stars hotel and that could be found in other parts of the Island. - Small things have bothered us during the stay like the 10€ / hour fee to play pool, or the all inclusive which is limited especially for the drinks (i.e. there is a separate menu), animation area was a bit tight in regards to the amount of people...these points do not prevent the stay from being pleasant but they can surely be improved.

Наверно лучший отель из тех, где мы бывали! Понравилось практически всё! Чистота на высшем уровне. Очень красивый современный дизайн. Разнообразное и вкусное питание по системе "всё включено", включая напитки и перекусы в баре почти весь день. Дружелюбный и услужливый персонал. Пляж, на котором нет проблем с кроватями и зонтами, всегда можно найти место, нет надобности занимать места в 6 утра. Очень качественные зонты и кровати. Отличная интернациональная команда аниматоров, насыщенная развлекательная программа. Особенно произвело впечатление шоу "Dream ABBA" и выступление удивительного местного исполнителя, который фантастически исполнял лучшие эстрадные хиты почти не останавливаясь 1,5 часа!

Слабенький WiFi. То и дело приходилось переключаться на мобильный интернет. Небольшие и некритичные проблемы с сантехникой. И ещё (но это так везде в Греции) - непонятно, почему воду, чай, кофе нельзя поставить в ресторане в свободный доступ, чтобы можно было самому подойти и взять, как это принято в других странах. Нужно заказывать у официанта. Это неудобно для гостей и требует больше персонала.
