The location was good and the room lovely, nice people running it.

Air Conditioning did not work, room was too hot.Tried opening the balcony doors but the neighbourhood dogs barked all night (not the hotels fault.

Good room Good matras Good breakfast with nice view on the city Host taking extra care to warm up the breakfast area on a cold day

Just a very small tip: add an "extension socket" on the television table to charge telephone (avoids pulling other plugs)

Stunning terrace where you could have breakfast. Beautiful historic building. Formello is a lovely small town with great restaurants.

It was a shame that the restaurant within the hotel wasn't open in the evening.
