Prince of Burford

Lovely room very comfy bed..staff were very friendly and helpful 😊 Enjoyed the evening meal, breakfast was well stocked with something for all, continental and cooked, lovely. Would defo stay again 👌

Noise from major road, but earplugs are provided in your room .

Room was very small and had no wardrobe. Ok for one night but if staying longer I think you would be disappointed

Prince of Burford is located in a stunning building in a charming and medieval town. The rooms, although small, were cozy , well decorated and extremely comfy. Unfortunately, we found a sticker from a baby wipe on the floor of the bathroom and a few cob webs, but otherwise the room was very clean and neat. We had breakfast twice and it was absolutely delicious. I was surprised by the variety of warm food (a la carte and included in the price) and the choice of beverages (also included in the rate). Great staff, great food. I would stay there again and I highly recommend it, although I found it a little pricey, but I guess it has to do with the location and the breakfast. Drew, the manager, was very attentive and even helped us to find an England football shirt for our daughter. Thank you very much! We had a fantastic time.

There is a car park. Finding a place to park in Burford is difficult.

The property is at one end of the main road through Burford, called the Hill. Not a criticism of the hotel, but bear in mind it is a very steep hill and Ubers are not immediately available there.

Overheersende lawaai in de kamer was het voorbij razende verkeer, heel irritant; het was ook benauwd in de kamer en raam open was geen optie met verkeers lawaai

Check in issue with payment apparently. I had to pay twice, Room was absolutely tiny, Did not have ironing board or Iron, when they did arrive there was no space to use them. Shower gel was empty, room was VERY dusty. Restaurant closed VERY early. Had to drive 20 mins to find somewhere to eat.
