Prince of Burford

Location good for getting to destinations. Plenty of parking. Interior of main entrance and public areas were welcoming and quaint. The staff were great and professional. The food was very good.

The room was too small. Not enough hanging space or hooks. Electric sockets in unhelpful places and loose from walls. Pillows uncomfortable. Only one bedside table and a stool of no practical use taking up valuable space. Bathroom had an odd smell like public toilets. Lots of dust in the room on surfaces and mirrors and room servicing was poor. Bins not emptied, no refilling of tea bags, cookies. Sink not cleaned, dead flies, cobwebs.

lovely hotel in a picturesque area, very clean & tidy with nice little touches in the room. The only negative was that breakfast took to long even getting a coffee, seemed to have plenty of staff but a fair few people waiting a while. This was a small negative and id still book again as it really was lovely.

Het is een erg sfeervolle pub. Ademt historie. Schoon, mooie kamer en goed bed. Ruime badkamer met fijne douche. Op de kamer mooie thee en goede koffie. Het ontbijt was werkelijk nextlevel! Prachtig uitgestald, verse en eerlijke producten. En daarnaast óók nog uitgebreide keuze uit diverse warme gerechten. Het is bijna jammer dat je maag zo klein is.

De kamer was voor ons wat te warm. Maar dat is persoonlijk.

Great location. Lovely comfortable rooms.

We had a snug room which was beautiful, but had no storage. Didn’t matter to us as we were only staying a couple of nights.
