breakfast deliceous. just struggled to turn on the tap in the sink in the bathroom. apart from that everything was good.

Staff helpful especially the tall slim fellow (Will) exceptional catered to our every need even rang to inform of taxi arrival. Will v good at meeting and greeting. Girls at breakfast v good too all of them v fast and efficient. Liked the location close To The Trains v quiet nice room. Will was exceptional.

Hotel was lovely paid £275 should have been better this incl breakfast. Breakfast OK but a little bit measley for £15 each. Room v dark, even in the daylight, curtains too long didn't fit across, the bedside tables wrong barrells more suited a yurt/tent. No shelf by mirrors to sit and do make up, carpet by bathroom all frayed. The wet room didn't like no shelf to put anything, nowhere to put towel, the pull out chair gets in the way, shower sprayed in all directions. Wardrobe door not close and tv in room not properly operating. Expected more for £275 for Twin room although comfortable it should be £160/night. Please take a leaf out of Travelodge their room layout much better and bathroom everything exactly where you need it. Would not stay for £275. A little let down.

Elegant hotel in a convenient location for event at the Cathedral. Excellent breakfast.

Lamp not working in room so was unable to get more subtle lighting; no mirror near electric socket for drying/styling hair; had to get someone to show me how to use the TV. The modern trend to not leave any written instructions for TVs is unhelpful as we are not all familiar with the internet versions! Thankfully a member of staff was available to show me how to find a normal channel. Thank you.

Room, bathroom, welcome, food all excellent.

Absolutely tiny room. We were in the adjacent townhouse building and had a terrible night’s sleep. Unbearably stifling and not able to open windows more than an inch. Had to resort to opening the door for air.
