Poderiam investir mais na limpeza (talvez mais funcionários, pois possuem uma área muito grande) e também na infraestrutura em geral (renovar moveis, salão de jogos, pedalinho, etc)

Refeições muito boa. Acomodações confortáveis e limpas. Recreação infantil show. Futebol, tênis, basquete, piscinas, salão de jogos, etc, etc.

Acesso poderia ser melhorado. 5km de caminho de terra sem conservação. Sinalização deficiente. Chuveiro entupido e com pouco jato de água. Suporte no box soltando. Piso do box escorregadio, requer a colocação de tapete antiderrapante.

"Foi bem legal, descanso com a família."

O café da manhã é o carro chefe de vocês. Garçons bons, atenciosos, recreadores também super atenciosos. As divisórias dos banheiros não estavam fechando e o puxador do box soltava toda hora.

No almoço, janta e no churrasco da piscina a carne era dura, muito ruim pelo preço que a gente paga, tinha que ser ancho, picanha. Tinha que ter um ferro em cada quarto, já fiquei em resorts que eram assim. A recepção e alguns funcionários, super sérios, sorriso quase zero. As divisórias dos banheiros não estavam fechando e o puxador do box soltava toda hora.

Estrutura maravilhosa. Quero ressaltar o trabalho dos recreadores. Eles são incríveis. A melhor recreação que presenciei até hoje. Eles são realmente fora da curva. Hotel limpo, comida boa!
