We love this resort and keep coming back. Perfect getaway for complete rest and relaxation. Great rooms, food and the premises is lovely.

The staff constantly nagged us to write reviews on trip advisor. It got tiring after a while. In one day almost 5 different staff were nagging us for this and then the manager upon check out. I suggest only ask guests once upon check out.

1 front desk officer was very helpful and buffet servers too. Bed was comfortable Beautiful beach view from our room. Food was good but less options.

Toilet seat was Soo dirty cuz of it's stain.It was truly disgusting.It made our whole experience bad in this hotel.Paying roughly 37-40k a night with taxes is truly not worth it. Requested for another room but they said no room available but when you checked online they still have one lol..I don't know.. - Room also looks old. - No pool for kids too. - Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste too 😆😆

I booked for my parents and Gm of the hotel, Thanuja, and Kumarasiri specially helped with my parents needs and taken care of them during the stay,. Highly recommend the place with all facilities available for a good holiday.. Food been excellent, near to beach..

Worst experience, it’s clearly not a 4 star hotel. No tissues in rooms, no water, fill from the water dispenser in hallway which is always empty and did not refill even on few requests. No power outlet next to bedside. Old beds, uncomfortable mattresses. The hotel is outdated and needs a big renovation work. I could judge on my entrance to lobby that it’s not what I booked for. The third bed given to us was broken and 19th centuries, probably picked from rubbish (attaching picture for reference)
