At check-in, all guests must present a valid proof of identification and of on-going travel. As per the government policy it is mandatory to produce a valid photo ID with address mentioned (of all the guest members who will be staying in the Hotel) at the time of check-in. For Resident Indian: Drivers License, Voters ID Aadhar card or Passport. For Foreign Nationals or Non-Resident Indians with Foreign Passport: Passport & VISA is mandatory. The hotel holds the right to reject a guaranteed check-in incase a valid ID of all guest members are not produced. - The hotel reserves the right to reject check in without refund in case valid ID proof of all guest members are not produced. - Guest visitors are not allowed to Guest Rooms and room floors - The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with hotel directly. - The Hotel does not entertain any kind of alcoholic beverages. - Please note that couples are required to produce a marriage certificate or any valid proof of marriage at the time of check-in.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
