"Bad experience and spoilt my vacation"

the fact that we had a roof over our heads

Everything, Staff were not polite, Most hotels on this trip offered us a welcome drink -not this one The room was small-not what it said on description when booking. Picture on website deceptive. Beds very uncomfortable. Bathroom/ wc very humid and needed a good clean -before we got there!! Very noisy- we had to hear goods trains passing literally 100 yards from hotel- all night. AC was non functional Breakfast- what breakfast. No choice whatsoever, awful tea, service abomidable This trip I had stayed in other hotels like Hyatt (amehdabad) Marriott(mumbai). The charges for click hotel was on par with these other hotels but out of 5 it gets a rating of minus 2 !!

Was good and able to extend a day due to travel change plan

We;ve pre-paid for a day stay via Booking.com while the extended day to pay direct to the hotel. To our surprise it wasn't updated at the hotel and we end up paying double as we need to check out without hassle. Booking.Com hasn't reply our inquiry yet for the refund. Booking.com need to reply us with the refund. We have no issues with the hotel team - they are helpful & polite.

Great hotel with excellent service. Manager and staff were extremely supportive. Rooms were according European standards, nice breakfast buffet.
