Food was amazing and the chef catered for my gluten free dietary requirements. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

The drive to the castle was difficult with the single lane road.

It is hard to put into words how special the experience at Mingary Castle is. The location is magnificent and Jess and Colin make the perfect hospitality partnership. The food is imaginative yet classically brilliant and cooked to perfection. We enjoyed a truly magical 3 days here a d can't recommend it highly enough.

"Book you stay!"

Everything was amazing. The property only has 4 rooms so it is all very intimate. Service was Monaco level - I was mesmerized by the type of customer service we encountered at the castle. Couldn’t recommend more! The staff is extremely friendly and again, please book this if it’s available!

"All was great."

Staying in a castle was amazing. The staff was attentive and serving.

We stayed for two nights and after the first night we were asked if we wanted our room serviced. I would expect at almost $400 USD per night that that would not be a question to ask.
