bit of a journey to get there on single track roads - but that’s also part of the attraction of it. no crowds.

The scenery was breath taking Rooms were luxurious and elegant and well fitted with the whole castle accommodation The rooms build in the castle never took anything away from the magnificent castle Dinner was out of this world! Thank you chef The staff was very friendly and helpful and wish them all the best

We lost our way and thus arrived late, BUT they have welcomed us very warmly and was definitely worth it!!!

Jess and her team were outstanding . Everything about our weekend at Mingary was perfect. The castle is beautiful and the attention to detail is exceptional. The tasting menu was amazing - the whole stay was a joy
