Die Anlage hat Potenzial.

Leider waren überall Kakerlaken. Der Pool ist in einem widerlichen Zustand. Voller Haare und komplett verdreckt. Der Check-in geht viel zu lange. Die Preise für das Frühstück sind eine Frechheit. Wir hatten selten so schlechtes Frühstück und so einen schlechten Kaffee wie dort.

An sich ist das Hotel sehr schön, aber es wirkt vernachlässigt.

Kakerlaken, dreckiger Pool, kein Internet ab Tag 2, temporär kein Wasser, schlechter Check-in, Personal nur am Handy. Am Ende habe ich den Pool selbst gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist für die den Preis eine Katastrophe.

Room: The rooms are on the tinier side, but they are exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for a good night's rest. Location-wise, it is about 2 kilometres away from Panagsama Beach, which is the main hub where most of the local activities and action happen. Hospitality & Service: The staff here are wonderful. Everyone we encountered was polite, courteous, and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. Food: The dining options are quite limited, especially if you follow a vegan diet. You might need to look outside the resort for more diverse plant-based meals. Tour Booking: The resort is highly convenient for planning activities. They helped us arrange our Canyoneering trip, motorcycle rentals, and a private car back to Cebu. While the booking service through the hotel is a bit more expensive than external vendors, the convenience made it worth it. Internet: The Wi-Fi is strong and reliable if you are hanging out near the main office or the restaurant. However, the signal gets quite patchy and inconsistent once you get closer to the rooms.
