The property looks dirty, the beds are uncomfortable, AC is not working in one of the rooms we rented, there are leaks in the shower and bathroom, the type of tile on bathroom floor is slippery when wet that my husband fell and sustained laceration on his back and on his left foot. Luckily, he didn’t hit his head. The receptionist was informed of the fall, but no follow through from management to investigate this further. Lastly, we ordered breakfast ahead of time which majority of our family do not eat pork, however, they delivered a bunch of pork sausages that my family doesn’t eat. I told them that those were never ordered. and i still have the copy of what i requested, but they are saying that they had to follow what was placed by their night personnel and they did not know about it because they are on dayshift. Despite telling them that i have the list of what we ordered and our dietary restrictions, they aren’t willing to change and charged us the full amount. There is no sense of customer service here at all. s

I love the peacefull surrounding

I thoughy there was beach..but there its at the edge of Sea..Most rocks..you cant really swim Just a little far from Panagsama Beach..You must rent a Bike for this

Great location, short walk into Moalboal. Rooms are clean and tidy and the restaurant provided good quality meals at a good price

People using the outdoor swimming pool shower as a comfort room/toilet

It was a good experience and a relaxing place, quiet and clean. Will definitely come back.
