L'emplacement proche du terminale ADO et du quartier de la canada est top. Le centre ville n'est pas loin à pied. La chambre est propre.

Pas d'eau chaude seulement de l'eau tiède pour les 2 jours où nous sommes restés.

Description on booking.com was not correct. There was no room service, no breakfast and no safe in the room

The swimming pool area was nice

The room need a bit of care, the bathroom has a high window (just covered with a net) open to the lift area so it was a bit disturbing and loud

City center, close to main road and restaurants and groceries. We have room on inside, so no any road noise in that case. Room is big. Beds are comfortable. Shower was not perfect, but after 10 minutes You can get warm water. You can get free coffee in the morning. WIFI speed is good

Location was right across the ADO bus station with restaurants nearby. A public minivan called "collectivo" that ferries people to/from the Palenque archaeological site for a minimal amount stops by the ADO bus station. Good open wardrobe space for hanging clothes and shelf for a big suitcase much appreciated. Bottled water, hand soap and shampoo provided. Friendly staff.

No elevator and no ref in my room. No breakfast served. The lights were too bright, including the bedside lamps. Furniture arrangement could be better made (a long sofa bed and a heavy table were both right beside the TV!). No to limited English-speaking staff.
