Cleanliness and staff were great. They also stored our luggage.

Internet access is virtually non existant. You'll have to use your own mobile data.

Huge room; cleaned each day; close to ADO bus stop; also in the area there are lots of restaurants and coffee shops. I liked that it was possible to do early check in after one night in the bus. Friendly staff. Thank you for making my stay so nice in Palenque!

Located in the area of tourists hotels so not dangerous & with a lot of foreigners around. Many nice bars & restaurants in a walking distance. Clean bedsheets.

The hotel is aweful. Old, worn out & dirty. 8.3 on booking??? Really? Please, dont make us laugh. The rooms are very old: dirty walls, spiders in the corners, aircon was not working, old shower & toilet (hardly working), no hair dryer. Towels were really worn out, felt like thousands of people used them before you. No sound isolation (like AT ALL!): there are chairs in the hall and there was a guy sitting for hours and coughing all the time so that no one could sleep in the rooms.

Very well located near the ADO station, the room was spacious and very comfortable and the service was excellent

The location is in a good spot to the center and the ADO. Also the price we had for the room was good. Good for short stay in a comfy bed.

Shower could have been cleaner, hair from cleaning staff or previous person.

THE PLACE IS VERY GOOD LOCATED. IF YOU ARE HUNGRY AND DONT WANT TO FIND A PLACE FAR AWAY, THERE IS A POSSIBILITY TO WALK A FEW METERS AND GO TO A RESTAURANT WHO OFFERS COOKED FOOD TO TAKE AWAY, SO WE TAKE TACOS TO OUR ROOM. I WAS A RAINY SEASON, SO WE DECIDED NOT TO SWIM. LATER ON WE TAKE A WALK AND VERY NEAR OF THE HOTEL WE FIND NICE RESTAURANTS NICE AND GOOD PRICE. WE LIKED TO MUCH HERE THAT WE CANCEL HOTEL CLAUDIA IN MACUSPANA, TABASCO, WE DECIDED TO STAY ANOTHER NIGHT IN THIS BEATIFUL PLACE.
