View over vineyards, clean and spacious accommodation

Expensive, stayed 2 nights no cleaning or additional amenities for 2nd night. Signage asking to leave accomodation clean however no dish cloth or drying towel for washing dishes used. Also no washers provided in bathroom.

Well designed eco villas with comfortable bed , aircon and beautiful views of vineyard and mountains.

Unreliable service from staff on front desk. Friendly enough and helped with relaying messages from station regarding phone lost on train to Maitland and retrieved by railway staff, however message relayed was incorrect. Also insisted that I paid for accommodation a second time on arrival even though I stated that I thought it had been paid already via Booking. Com , which in fact was the case once I retrieved my phone and checked my credit card payments. I was also charged a $30 fee to replace a key that had snapped off in the front door to the cabin . This was despite stating that the key appeared to be weak/ poor quality plus it was replaced within a few minutes by a staff member who was also able to remove the broken segment in the lock. Ie no locksmith was required. I stated this fee was excessive and that I wasn't happy to pay that much but they insisted. It was after this I discovered that I had also been double billed.

The villa was perfect, very clean , beds very comfortable, amenities were all we needed, perfect spot, close to all the wineries etc.
