Very friendly staff at check-in, explained were everything was,,also did our booking for dinner that night, restaurant was fantastic, my husband is disabled and they made sure he was looked after with seating arrangements.

I have no negatives.

Shame to have a coffee machine but nothing to heat milk with. Small issue.
