Graf Hotel

Завтрак хороший. Чистота, полотенца меняют каждый день. Единственное, что мне не понравилось, — это то, что отель похож на бордель. Ночью невозможно спать. Каждую ночь слышны крики и вопли. Стены тонкие. Все голоса слышны как у себя в комнате. За эту цену комнаты очень маленкие. В турции в центре когда я жила за такую жу цену была намного лучше. И комната была звукоизоляцией и большой намного. В этой гостинице только завтрак понравился. Остально нет.

The hotel is clean, comfy. The staff barely speaking english but trying. All were good and nice. I like the hotel.

I need to put my quilt sheet king size on my own, something that I dont do back in my country because tropical. I could ask their help but I decide it to learn to do it. Not easy tho hahaha

It is quite a good hotel with an optimal choice of food for breakfast. The bed linen is clean and fresh, hygiene products are available.

The sound insulation in the rooms is far from good. Everything was audible.

I had a wonderful experience. The cleanliness and newness of everything inside were immediately noticeable, and there were no unpleasant odors whatsoever. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, making my stay very comfortable. The staff members were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. The breakfast served was outstanding, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right. Despite having a leg injury, staying on the second floor posed no issues for me in terms of accessibility, which I greatly appreciated.

The only downside was that the cleaning staff didn’t refill the soap container in my room, and I kept forgetting to inform the receptionist, which was a bit inconvenient. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay.
