"Nice rooms – staff can be a bit hot and cold"

The hard product at the hotel is really nice. Good, comfortable modern rooms, with nice comfy beds. The location isn't the most central, but everything is about a 10 minute cab away and there are things located in the neighborhood.

It's a bit hard to rate the hotel because the first couple nights I found the staff difficult, if not rude. The restaurant food is frankly terrible, with a pizza that might have been the single worst one I've ever been served. No one seemed to care. No change, printer broken. On the third day we seemed to warm up to each other and things were quite a bit more friendly then. I actually had a good time! But it's really not up to standard and need to do better. (Our communication was in Russian.)
