Sigiri Royal Point Tree House

It was amazing, we stayed here for 2 nights and the owners can’t do enough for you, breakfast was amazing we got welcome drinks, really good WiFi and they took us everywhere in the jeep. They took us on an elephant safari and took us round to the lake the rocks the temples the museum. It was an amazing stay can’t recommend enough

Very beautiful location, feels like you are in the middle of the jungle. The staff were exceptional and made me feel so at home. The breakfast and dinner options are delicious, I loved my time with mama.

Nice location, beautiful view (but not inside)

It was quite cramped room, no facilities. Breakfast is too sweet. But what made me sad - very ambiguous conditions. First of all - there is only one lady, that couldn’t speak English and she isn’t able to manage problems. A person that texted in English me didn’t answer me as well. Then he son finally arrived - we asked him about provide he said the total cost but he didn’t allow us to pay immediately. When it was finally check out time, our taxi arrived to pick us and we had only that amount money that he told us (because we usually use a card, so we went to the city beforehand to withdraw money) the price increased. I had a lot of Stress - taxi is waiting, we don’t have money and the host isn’t there (but he promised to be there at that time) to manage the problem. I just hate all kind of mess and it was!

One of our best experiences so far in Sri Lanka. Samantha and his mother in law took care of us really well. One of the sweetest families we met here. We even went on a safari with Samantha and spotted many elephants. Aunty made the best breakies and diners. The treehouse is located at a great spot, near the city centre, but in the middle of nature. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay in Sigiriya was fantastic. You get the feeling of sleeping in the middle of the jungle. The room was big and even had a mosquito net. We had dinner and breakfast here too, which was very tasty and delicious; especially the dessert (Jackfruit) was new to us, but a yummy surprise. The host's mother even brought us welcoming drinks and then again when we came by to pick up our luggage. She always tried to make us feel welcome, in which she definitely succeeded. I can only recommend this place, if you want to stay in Sigiriya.
