The Lalita Grand Mathura- Vrindavan

The hotel was good. Staff was courteous. Dinner was fresh and enjoyable. Breakfast was also good. The restaurant staff was very attentive. All in all it was a decent stay.

Even though I booked a club room, didn't feel like it was any different from other deluxe rooms on the same floor. Had to call few times and wait for an additional bed.

Property space

Hospitality can be improved to a great extent. It does needs lot of improvement

It is a smart modern hotel excellent bathroom.

Breakfast was good. Lot of options were available. Service was prompt. Staff are courteous. The location is central.

You are doing great. Just keep up the good work.

Staff at reception was very helpful.

Room was not clean. Floor had tea spilled and full of small pieces of paper. There was tea spilled marks in the bathroom and there were tea leaves side of the sink. I called housekeeping and was told that they would be there to clean in few minutes but unfortunately few minutes never happened till next day when I called housekeeping again. Staff response is slow.
