The Lalita Grand Mathura- Vrindavan

Booked the hotel based on rating and price on the expansive side thinking we will get the value for money but didn’t have time to eat or enjoy any thing .

Front desk manager wasn’t polite. Walls were damp and the lift lobby was unpleasant. kettle in the room was broken (it worked in that state) TV had DTH but it wasnt working. Junior staff were good. No one even offered to help with luggage. Overall it is not at all worth the money. I dont think the reviews on goofgoogle are genuine

Property was big with plenty of parking space.

Hot Water and WiFi has been designed for average occupancy. Once occupancy peaks, both were not available.2 out of 4 days both were challenging for us.

Excellent property, very well managed, clean rooms and awesome food. Very helpful stafful

Food is awesome, we really enjoyed it, mostly lunch & dinner both we had at hotel only. The only disappointed was salon,bar & swimming pool was not operational during our stay.otherwise it's a best property location vise also.

The extra amenities are not functional which was quite disappointment. But staff behavior and service is nice.
