Perfect location. Reception staff friendly. Room was a great size.

. is dated and a bit tired. Seems to be a popular hotel for the very mature guests. (Which is not a negative just an observation)WiFi is unavailable in some rooms apparently, ours was one of those. Breakfast was very busy. Waited 15 mins to get seated, another 15 minutes for our order to be taken, and not what was ordered arrived.

"Let down all around, not worth the money, geared toward coach tours rather than anyone else."

Location was great. Breakfast when got it tasted good. Free parking

Bed were like concrete as were the pillows No hair dryer No WiFi in the rooms No shower toiletries Pressure on show was awful to non existent Shower temperature was either too hot or too cold no in between Hook in bathroom door was coming off Holes in the walls by the door No slow close door slammed every time Peeling wallpaper in hallways and bedroom Dated decor in room and the whole hotel Lift was slow and inconsistent as it took you to the basement before taking you to ground floor Breakfast was table service this took 25 minutes to even be acknowledged Toast was freezing cold Not enough milk for the coffee and couldn’t get more as staff were non attentive The help yourself cerulean and juice was no signed as such so had no idea it was self serve Floors were creaky all over the hotel Dust in the bedroom Black marks all over the bed linnen Geared towards a much older clientele who appeared to get far more attentive service than anyone else Just a terrible let down all around and no worth the money

Location. Comfy bed. Nice staff.

Shabby decor. Very basic room. No toiletries provided. Had to ask for another cup and glass. No bedside lamp. No opening window or air con. Wi-Fi didn't work.

Room dated. Ripped curtain linings, windows dirty..shower was boiling hot & cudnt cool it down . no tray for cups and kettle leaked
