Very busy . Understaffed. Breakfast a bit chaotic. No facility to get coffee after 8pm.

Location. Parking was free and very convenient. Staff were nice. Bar was nice and comfortable. Stocked a nice red Rioja.

Breakfast was only 8am - 9am. A bit early for those 'private' guests not on a coach tour. For breakfast there was a table plan and everyone was given a table number on arrival (except us, we had to ask for one). However every morning someone else was using our table. No enforcement at all which left us standing around until a waiter could find us a table. I don't think that Booking.com should list this hotel as it is owned by and prioritises coach tours. As a 'private' guest one feels rather inferior.

It was on the seafront, easy to access the beach, town and Marina. Family room was a good size. Receptionist was friendly. Breakfast service was good.

There was only tea and coffee on offer in the room but I would have liked a caffeine free alternative.

Bed was so comfortable! Very spacious for my family of 4 ☺️ breakfast was absolutely gorgeous too!

Could just do with abit updating

The whole experience from booking in to interacting with the staff was very pleasing, excellent facilities, food was excellent, entertainment was good,room was spacious and clean, view to die for, overall excellent 👍

The lift has to go to ground floor every time you get in it before it can take you up to your floor.
