ININININI don't have the opportunity to stay because they have denied my booking.
I was traveling with my family and had 2 kids. After reaching the hotel they denied my booking saying that they couldn't accommodate my 10 year old child for which they were asking for extra money which was out of my budget. However, while booking the hotel I have clearly mentioned that I got 2 kids 4 and 10 years. Even before travelling we have confirmed with the hotel staff about our situation and it's ok for them. They have mentioned that they don't reject any bookings even if the guests are traveling with the kids and never asked for extra payment. It was a horrible experience for me and I faced lots of inconvenience by moving to a different location.
