Great breakfast, friendly staff, awesome amenities, convenient location

The facilities were amazing, food was provided for breakfast, instant coffee by the truckloads and a washing machine and dryer to be used for free. This is one of the best value accommodations I have stayed in, in South Korea

It was a great hotel, with a nice, clean breakfast area and laundry facilities. They replaced our water bottles and towels each day. Very happy with the space.

A few things in our room weren't perfectly clean (found a few hairs and a sticky spot in the floor).

A nice kitchen area, and good laundry facilities. Also very friendly and attentive cleaning staff.

The room and corridor smelt strongly of cigarette smoke.

It is located in the Sangmu district with plenty of shopping and entertainment nearby. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and cafes. They provide breakfast but I opted for local food instead. It is quiet and close to the Uncheon subway station as well as many bus routes and the Uncheon reservoir which is a gorgeous place to go for a walk and see nature in the middle of the city.

The bathroom was not very clean. It needs a good spray down with bleach.

Be careful - it is a sex motel. You literally get condoms when you check in
