Hotel Genziana

This hotel is so good. The staff are excellent and the food is too. We come every year the same week as do many other guests. The repeat business is a testament to the quality provided. The ski slopes are very well maintained and despite poor snow this year we had excellent skiing due to the amount of snow cannons and piste maintenance.

I like breakfast provided by the hotel with vast varieties of food to choose from as well as the dinner with three good options to choose from. I particularly like the location which is right in front of the bus stop for buses to/from Bolzano. And the morning mail on my dining table which provides weather forecast for the day and following two days as well as programs for the day and suggestion where to visit in the vicinity like South Tyrol Museum of Natural History. Finally, I enjoyed excursion with the hotel guide Lukas who accompanied me to take cable car to both Seceda and Alpe di Siusi on the first day as well as visiting Passo Giau on the following day and many other places with magnificent views!
