I servizi offerti dall'hotel sono stati impeccabili, ad eccezione di un aspetto che ha compromesso l'eccellenza complessiva: il comportamento del personale. Un operatore, l'italiano più alto con i capelli bianchi e un fisico molto esile, sembra essere il più anziano tra loro. Purtroppo, non si è dimostrato molto disponibile e professionale, in particolare riguardo alle sue lamentele, e ha mostrato una tendenza eccessiva a fare battute alle spalle dei clienti

The hotel was clan and tidy, with an excellent buffet breakfast. The hotel has a small lift to easy access rooms with luggage. It is conveniently located right across the road from the bus station and only a few minutes walk to both the Alpe di Suisi and Seceda cable cars. As a solo female traveller I felt safe walking around the area in the evening.

We stayed here for 5 days on the recommendation of a friend. We booked a room with half board. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we were so well taken care of! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Perfectly located to walk to the gondolas and lifts every day. Breathtaking sights all ways. Used the outdoor hottub and cold and hot showers - such a nice touch. A hike with Lukas is a MUST! The food was fabulous- only complaint is it was too much! We would love to come back and highly recommend it.
