Tesoro Hotel Zakynthos

The room; Despite being advertised as a seperate floor this could not be described as a bedroom- it was a single bed with no cupboard space, wardrobe, cabinet etc or anything to make the ‘room’ aesthetically pleasing it looked more like a single bed cell. Our Shower room was grotty and we could not believe there was no handwash, shower gel, shampoo etc but mainly- at very least- handwash. Our bedding and towels were not changed for the first two days during our stay- then when it was replaced the new bedding was just dumped in a pile at the end of the bed meaning we had to make our own bed. Additionally, our toilet would selectively flush and we had a TV but no TV remote. The Pool; The pool area left a little to be desired, one pool was green with algi or simular so that was a write off. The other pool was okay but the pool area shut at 6pm and we were turfed off the sun loungers when the sun was still shining and plenty more sunbathing hours? - we gave up entirely on using the pools at this point. Dining; We was suprised to find one half opened bar throughout the whole hotel, there was limited drink variety of which were just cheap and syrupy. There was no bottled water and the Water dispenser was often only pumping out like warm water- which we believe was from tap rather than bottles as we were all sick until we stopped drinking from the dispenser. Food small options looked limited from when we glanced in but we was actually unable to eat even once due to the strong odor which smelt of sick between the bar and stairs which crept into the dining area.

Rooms were clean staff were pleasant food was ok for a hotel of the size Good location close to a lot of shops bars and restaurants Could always get a sun lounger

The pool needed a clean sides were very grimy The drinks weren’t great the beer tasted like cardboard Cheap plastic cups around the pool no bins around and people leaving litter and used cups built up everywhere Definitely not the best all inclusive around but also not the worst

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here , really nice modern rooms, good value for money for all inclusive.

Some food gets repetitive but I think tsilivi has that many beautiful restaurants you want to explore and try out , so the hotels really good for breakfast and dinner and snacks then can always have tea out but still good for tea if your on a budget for spending

The hotel is clean all around, very centrally located and the staff is lovely!

The cleaning wasn’t on par with a 4 star hotel (as advertised) ~ no clean towels, dirty cups left in the room, no hot water. Also the selection of drinks and food left a lot to be desired.
