Royal Uzungol Hotel&Spa

Clean and close to the center.

Small room space. The safe box wasn’t working until the next day. The staff needs communication skills training.

Compared to the hotels standards in Uzongol, this hotel is great.

I was charged for something I didn't ask for, but it's ok, it didn't affect my stay or the services given.

I ask for iron table but thay Refuse and said thay will take the cloth and iron it for us without telling us its paid service !! thay should be clear with the hotel guests and don’t fool them . Starbuck in the hotel is just stand and those preparing the coffiee are untrained , the worst Starbucks coffee I’ve ever drink .

I thanks miss Fatos for her consideration about allocat us in one apartment since I have kids. I thanks Mr, Tahrwat, for his dedication.

The breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety of food options. I would suggest improving the selection of cold beverages and adding fresh oranges, more vegetables, and custom-made egg omelets.

the spa and pool facility could be improved with more activities and longer swimming hours.

Location and staff only

Room was not good and sleeping bed was very small and not comfortable at all. Room and furnitures are old and not good. Breakfast is not good and the place they served it was having bad smell.

The hotel is beautiful, vintage theme that plays well with the area of uzongol. I loved our stay. The hotel is very clean, very proper and the staff are very nice
