Anne&Max Boutique Hotel

De locatie was echt top. Het hotel ligt bijna naast de Dom. We hadden een kamer waar je vanuit de douche een gedeelte kon zien uit het raam. Je ben meteen in de stad. Ondanks dat je midden in het centrum zit heb je geen overlast. Je hoorde vrij weinig in de hotel kamers.

De sleutels van de kamers staan op je telefoon. We hadden kinderen bij ons, waardoor zo'n systeem een beetje tegen viel. Ik kreeg de sleutel niet werkend op hun telefoon door Family Link app.

Very nice location, the room was nice and comfortable, it's convenient to have the option of opening the door with an app.

I booked breakfast but I needed to leave earlier than I expected, and there was no one around to ask if I could get an earlier breakfast. I used the app to try to communicate this via chat but only managed to get AI answer, and no real person contacted me at any point, so I paid for breakfast but didn't get it. I think an app is convenient, but having a person to ask would be more useful in case of issues.

Very easy check in. Staff were very nice, most spoke excellent English which was not a requirement but was super helpful. The rooms were nicely furnished. Great location.

The mattress was very firm. I booked the travel crib months in advance and wasn't able to use it the first night due to someone else using it. And lastly, not sure if it was because King's day was coming up, but the noise on the street from 10pm to 4-5 in the morning was next level.

Food was great staff were lovely and the room was huge!

The door mechanism to our room didnt always work smoothly with the phone. Also the lift was weird and a bit scary.

Locatie is geweldig. Je kan het hotel altijd terugvinden, volg gewoon de bordjes naar de Domtoren

Kamer heeft een kwastje verf nodig.
