Prachtige kamer

Je hoort enorm goed de voetstappen en beweging van de kamer boven je. Dat vond ik wel erg irritant want dat was erg vroeg in de ochtend

"Zeer klantonvriendelijk, pas na een klacht bij Booking geld terug ontvangen"

Hotel kon ons geen ontbijt aanbieden, omdat dit pas vanaf 8u begint en wij eerder weg moesten (stond nergens aangegeven en wij hadden hier wel voor betaald). Na een maand lang meerdere mailtjes en belletjes het geld hiervoor nog steeds niet terug ontvangen. Vervolgens een klacht ingediend bij Booking, omdat ik er helemaal klaar mee was dat er niet gecommuniceerd werd. Binnen 24u ons geld terug. Schandalig om zo met klanten om te gaan. Ook het ontvangen van een factuur duurde erg lang. Vervolgens klopte deze niet met het bedrag wat wij betaald hadden via Booking (te veel betaald), waarop een smoes werd verzonnen dat er inconsistenties in systeem van Booking zitten. Ook de automatische check in verloopt stroef. Dit is geen hotel maar een irritante overpriced airbnb. Er zijn in Utrecht vele leukere plekjes te vinden.

Fabulous location by Dom Tower heart of old Utrecht. Central to everything. Walking distance of station ( about 20 mins ) Very friendly helpful staff, interested in customers. Had a local and Dutch feel, personal and touch quirky ( which I liked) This is basically a B&B above a bar and cafe. Large double bed very comfortable. Large room on 2nd floor. Dom Tower bells though audible didn’t disturb us at night. Excellent , substantial breakfast. Staff didn’t mind substituting items, good quality food, no issues with it.

B& B section would definitely benefit from an upgrade, a bit scruffy. Not everything was in good working order on arrival. We found staying front of building at night noisy at night - revellers in street.

"This place could be fabulous, but it felt like a vanity project that had lost it’s appeal"

Great location, comfortable bed, amazing coffee, nice breakfast

Room was dusty, cock and balls drawn on the window, badly mended broken glass, very unpleasant noise from the toilet next door, couldn’t access the hotel on arrival.

Het zag er super leuk uit, top locatie. Alles was leuk. Bedden lagen heerlijk!

Ik persoonlijk had wat last in de nacht van buitenaf maar de bedden lagen zo lekker dat ik ook weer in slaap viel.

No mirror to allow my husband to shave as the web was behind the bed. Even a moveable mirror would do
