Nightcap at Horse & Jockey Hotel Warwick

The location of the hotel was ok

Receptionist could have been a little more friendly and helpful when asked for something to be fixed the bed was so soft you sank into it and couldnt get out, the coffee cups were not washed or replaced after the first night, nothing supplied to do yourself. our room was right next to the beer garden where people were smoking outside our room and the smell kept coming in through the toilet window, and was extremely loud while trying to rest.

Nicely renovated room and bathroom. Comfy bed. Excellent value

Good position. Restaurant on site.

Room very basic. Not one drawer. Just hanging space no cupboards. Tv on the wall but remote missing so no entertainment. Called manager. No answer for over an hour. Was told it was there somewhere and search as often hidden. Staff member turned up and couldn’t find it. Went to bed in disgust. No microwave, no toaster, no knife.

Everything:- price, convenience, facilities

Nothing:- I could not fault it

Everything! The two free drinks was a lovely surprise too!

Parking was a bit of an issue but we managed to park not far away

Refurbished to a excellent quality
