Hotel Monumento Convento de San Benito

It's a beautiful hotel, words don't do it justice! It is like sleeping in a (very comfortable!) museum, and for me that is a very good thing, I loved it. Find me another hotel where you can see a display of 15th century ceramic tiles, while having breakfast. In every nook and corner there is something to see and there even is a small museum! Upon arrival you're invited to have a complementary glass of Port and a biscuit in the lovely lounge.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were ample size and comfortable well work and air conditioner. The staff was lovely. Very helpful. Shower had nice pressure easy control the hot and cold water. They had a very reasonable breakfast in the morning. There is a very small museum inside the hotel, and religious artifacts all over the hotel, which was very interesting. They will take you by the stairs, but at the end of our stay, I did notice that there is an elevator kind of hidden in the back. Ask about it if you need it.

Everything thing, but especially liked how quiet and calm it was. The staff was absolutely exceptional and the property was well maintained. The food at the breakfast bar was fantastic. Kudos to Vanessa and Emma, who went above and beyond to create a fantastic experience for me!
