The hotel was beautiful! The room we stayed in was massive with high end fixtures and smart TV.

service of the rooms was not amazing as we only received new towels on our last day of stay.

Beautifully presented. Very helpful and friendly staff. The food was delicious too. A big well done to everyone. Beautiful gardens. Best hotel to stay on the island.

stylish yet comfy- super clean with an attention to detail , lovely breakfast and fantastic back garden and public spaces

staff newb and still learning the ropes but should have still had half an eye on guests at meal times - shouldn’t have to ask for a drink and had to remove own plates

Such a gorgeous hotel, decorated with a mix of classic features and modern styling. The room was bigger than we expected with lots of light and a massive bathroom. Lots of space in the hotel inside and out to enjoy. Location was perfect for exploring the island

The staff were lovely on the whole but could have gone even further to make it a more personal experience. Since it is an expensive boutique hotel it would have been a lovely touch to add a couple of chocolates or biscuits into the room to go with the tea and coffee facilities, or a personalised welcome note for us.
