Pleasant accomodating staff. Clean spacious room and bathroom

Food fair, expected better quality. It was overly expensive for quality and content.

Het is allemaal wat steriel, niet heel gezellig. Ontbijt is inbegrepen maar is wat karig. Maar het voldoet.

The staff were fantastic, food was excellent.

Exceptional customer service. I had turned up for this booking on crutches having recently undergone surgery. Hotel staff were very helpful providing ice etc and making sure was comfortable. In the evening I'd overslept past the 8pm cut off for dinner service ( my own fault ) - Josh helped me order food despite this and make sure was looked after. Facilities really nice and good views would recommend!

The first morning was a buffet style breakfast,this is because there was a couple of golf societies booked in overnight,the second morning was table service, I had no problem with this arrangement,plenty of choices for breakfast and decent quality,staff very attentive and polite

Comfortable, spacious, quiet. Good breakfast too overlooking the East Lothian coast and over to Fife. Very accessible too.

Facilities (room, dining room) were nice. The ladies at breakfast were lovely. Wonderful views. Good parking.

Real lack of signage. No sign saying where to enter the building - it looked closed. No signage directing you to the bar to check in. No signs to rooms i.e. Rooms 1 - 20 this way - we got lost. Then no signage to get back to the bar. There was an issue with our shower leaking into the room below - there was a big bang on our door, then a very agitated lady told us not to use the shower. No offer apology or use of another room etc. My partner (at 35 weeks pregnant) ended up washing her hair in the sink. On check out the same lady did apologise to her and offer a different room to shower in but really too late. All in all, nice place but just some care and thought wouldn't go amiss.
