The Inn @ Aird a' Bhasair

Very comfortable and well prepared stay. The staff was outstanding and very helpful, kind and caring working as a team the whole time.

Soap dispensers should be checked always to make sure that they’re filled in each if the rooms as well as paper products.

The breakfast was well cooked, hot and exceeded expectations. We ate in on the first evening and the food was excellent and very good value. A very cosy and welcoming Inn.

Quiet location with beautiful views across the bay.

Le restaurant est vraiment top, les plats excellents. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel un peu excentré dans le sud de l’île car nous devions arriver en ferry mais il a été annulé 3 jours avant. Le cadre est très joli.

Un petit rafraîchissement des communs serait un olus

No communication. We weren’t told the doors would be locked so couldn’t get in when we returned at 9pm. Breakfast was mouldy bread and the manager pretended not to be on site and still hasn’t called me to discuss a refund as promised. Booking.com totally useless and unable to help. Keep advising me to talk to the property. THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO!!
